日本と比較しての『物価安』は、インターネットの大航海時代の成果物として最大限に堪能すべきだと思う。
シェアハウスを運営して長いからよく分かる。
良く管理されているゲストハウスは自宅よりも使い勝手がよかったりする。さらに自宅の家賃の半分以下だったりする。部屋では自由。しかしリビングやキッチンやファシリティは共有すればもっと豪華に暮らせる。
今回宿泊しているゲストハウスは月額３万円だ。東京の駐車場と変わらない。
なのに、この充実ぶり…。東京に居住していることはとても贅沢なことだと再認識する。

リスボン グリーンラインの駅 Praça do Areeiro. The bus stop から バス 161

コスタダカパリカからも161のバスでリスボン行き

Lisbon and Costa da Caparica are connected by a direct bus, number 161. You can take this bus at Praça do Areeiro. The bus stop in Caprica is about 15-20 minutes from the house (or you can also take a local bus to get to the needed stop). This bus will cost you 3 to 4 euros, cheaper if you buy the ticket in advance. Depending on the traffic it will take about half an hour. If you want something different, it's also possible to take the ferry across the river, but that means taking bus to/from the ferry port. The simplest way to come to your new home when arriving may be by either taxi or uber.
In case you are coming by car, there is free parking in the surroundings.
The easiest way to find your new home is by using Google Maps, it will give you the best directions and which transports to take to go wherever you want. Just ring the doorbell when you arrive and we will open the door for you.
If you're interested in surfing, we can offer you surf sessions or rental at special prices! :) The surf session is 35 euros incl. the surfboards, wetsuits, and a class from our amazing instructor who can teach you the best way to catch some waves! :) If you already know how to surf, you can rent the equipment at following prices: the wetsuit is 5 € and the board is 15€ for half a day or 20€ for a full day.
